Logisim (and its successor Logisim Evolution) is a simulation program for digital logic circuits.
Remember to reset the simulation every so often. Note also when using 7400-series ICs that the wire connections matter according to the chips’ gates.
Truth tables can be automatically generated using Project > Analyze Circuit > Table.
