Prompt engineering is creative writing. It’s the name given to LLM inputs that get more usable outputs. But it’s not real engineering. Fuck you if you think so.
I think the existence of “fields” or “skills” like this is precisely why the “engineer” title is protected in Canada and regulated by professional bodies.
