Perfection is impossible. But why must we strive for it?
Prof Kosteski says that an 80% isn’t good enough. When we’re designing computer chips over six months of constant work, we need to be perfect. The same way people won’t accept civil engineers that build 80% structurally sound bridges, people won’t accept electrical engineers that can only design 80% of a chip.
